The Chattanooga Lookouts are seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead the organization’s graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling efforts. This role is ideal for a design-forward creative with experience producing high-quality graphics for a variety of mediums. The Creative Services Manager will play an essential role in shaping the Lookouts’ brand identity, supporting marketing initiatives, and elevating the fan experience at Erlanger Park.

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee and produce all graphics and collateral for Erlanger Park, including, but not limited to, sales collateral, signage, promotional items, merchandise, digital and print advertisements, social media graphics and in-stadium graphics.
• Partner with the production and entertainment team responsible for bringing the Lookouts brand to life through integrated strategies across multiple platforms including digital and social media, advertising, promotions, and live events.
