The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX has rapidly become a world-class event in its first two years. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Marketing Department with trafficking jobs and digital asset management.
  • Support wider marketing team, partnerships, and other commercial functions with requests for content or assets.
  • Proactively monitor and manage assets within LVGP ecosystem to ensure consistency and ease of use across different platforms.
  • Receive, evaluate, QC, upload, and meticulously tag all marketing materials, including assets from photo/video shoots and logo files, while managing the backend of the enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure accurate metadata, easy searchability, and consistent structure across the system.
