Crossfit Coach - TOCA Football
The CrossFit Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality fitness instruction in a safe, engaging, and motivating environment. This role requires a strong understanding of CrossFit methodology, the ability to modify movements to accommodate various fitness levels, and a commitment to fostering a positive member experience. Coaches are expected to create a welcoming atmosphere, support member development, and maintain a clean and organized workout space.
Role Breakdown:
Training & Coaching (60%) Lead high-energy CrossFit classes with expert instruction and personalized support. From beginners to seasoned athletes, you’ll guide members through proper technique, modifications, and motivation to help them crush their fitness goals—safely and confidently.
Member Engagement & Retention (25%) You’re more than a coach—you’re a community builder. Take the time to welcome new members, build meaningful connections, and create an environment people want to come back to. Help grow the program by being the reason members stick around.
Facility & Team Collaboration (15%) Keep the space clean, organized, and ready for action. Collaborate with your Program Manager and team to ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for every member. Support hosted events and help spread the word about what makes this program special.
