With roots in the marketing department, our approach to creating great interactions combines data, content and creativity to understand our audiences and build positive moments wherever our paths cross.

Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Engagement Lead to curate user journeys, plan and build email communications and marketing, and constantly optimise our content to ensure it performs to the highest levels.
- Our customers are varied and you will need to use data to deliver appropriate content, blending personalised messaging with inspiring imagery.
