As a Data Scientist at the NBL, you’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, fan experience, and performance analytics. You’ll turn complex data into powerful insights that shape how fans engage with the League on game day, across digital platforms, and throughout every touchpoint in the NBL ecosystem.
Working closely with marketing, CRM, digital, and commercial teams, you’ll help drive smarter, more personalised, and more impactful decisions that elevate fan engagement, support commercial growth, and strengthen the League’s competitive edge.
What You’ll Do Advanced Analytics & Modelling
- Build predictive models for churn, attendance, retention, ticketing, campaign conversion, and fan lifetime value
- Analyse fan journeys across channels, including content engagement, purchase behaviour, and app usage
- Develop segmentation, clustering, and propensity models to power personalised marketing in Braze
- Connect game performance metrics with fan sentiment, digital behaviour, and commercial outcomes
