MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
To be a delivery staff member in the Inclusion and Disability team, delivering weekly sport and physical activity sessions, across multiple projects, offering high quality sessions to enhance a participant’s personal development and have a positive impact on their families.
Plan and deliver engaging and informative sessions that will offer sustained participation with CFCF, ensuring session plans are readily available on request from CFCF assessors.
To deliver on activity to support, develop and enhance the relationships with local charitable organisations, education providers, county FA’s, and disability specific organisations.
Promote and champion equality and inclusion by adapting delivery to meet the needs of the young people and adults at risk attending the sessions.
To have a strong understanding of the inclusion and disability department, working closely with the Inclusion and Disability Senior Officer and the Inclusion & Disability Coordinator to develop and deliver sessions and activities.
To support the team by networking and sharing relevant information and opportunities to further enhance the out-reach delivery programme.
