We’re looking for a proactive and organised Development Coordinator to help us champion a safe and fair cricket environment across Yorkshire. You’ll support training and education, help review and share policies, and build strong relationships with clubs, schools and community partners.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is passionate about inclusion, and wants to make a difference through sport.

What You’ll Do

Help develop and share policies and guidance on safeguarding and fairness.
Design and develop engaging training content and materials to support learning and good practice.
Coordinate training, workshops and learning resources.
Support colleagues and partners to follow good practice.
Build positive relationships with clubs, volunteers and community groups.
Keep records and help monitor training and compliance.
