We’re looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to join our Communications and Stakeholder Relations team.
In this role, you’ll bring together creativity, data and digital expertise to deliver customer-facing campaigns that connect fans, participants and communities with cricket. Working across multiple digital channels, you’ll help drive ticket sales, memberships, registrations and consumer products, while optimising campaigns for reach, engagement and commercial impact.
The Role
- Develop, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across EDM, SMS, paid social and other digital channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including copywriting, A/B testing, audience segmentation, performance tracking and optimisation.
- Plan and implement paid and programmatic advertising across platforms including Meta, Google and TikTok, while identifying new digital opportunities.
- Deliver targeted EDM campaigns through Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Insider to drive engagement and commercial outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate campaign activity, marketing calendars and consistent brand messaging.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing insights and recommendations to improve ROI.
- Manage campaign workflows, including briefing, approvals, weekly WIPs and budget tracking.
