
Digital Marketing Manager - Hampshire Cricket Board Ltd
Hampshire Cricket Board’s (HCB) purpose is to make cricket inclusive, inviting and accessible to all. Together, these priorities will help to achieve our vision and ensure cricket is at the heart of our communities, where everyone belongs, thrives and grows.
We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Manager who has a passion for driving equity, diversity and inclusion in sport. You will lead on the delivery of ambitious, insight-led campaigns that drive engagement, grow and diversify our audiences, and maximise the impact of our work.
You will be responsible for developing and delivering HCB’s marketing strategy, while enhancing our digital presence across website, email, and social media platforms. Reporting to the Cricket Development Director, you will work closely with them to plan and execute both online and offline campaigns that generate income and expand our reach.
Key areas of responsibility include:
• Marketing strategy development and delivery • Share and promote best practice to enhance accessibility and inclusion within cricket
• Website management and optimisation
• Social media planning and execution
