The Director of Coaching plays a pivotal leadership role within MENA’s Representative Program. Reporting to the Board and working closely with the Operations Manager, you will oversee coaching development, player pathways and program performance across all representative teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring representative coaches across all age groups.
• Attending training sessions, games, trials and key representative events.
• Appointing, onboarding and supporting coaches.
• Driving consistent coaching standards, systems and communication.
• Overseeing athlete development and talent identification.
• Delivering specialist coaching and development sessions.
• Monitoring program performance and providing regular reports to the Board.
• Promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture.
• Working collaboratively with MENA volunteers, families, coaches and stakeholders.
