The Director of Tennis will have strategic oversight and lead the Places and People pillars of the TV Strategy to 2027 and associated key projects of this pillar. The role will act as a strategic conduit across both pillars and strive for efficiencies and collaboration as it relates to the interdependencies of these pillars.

The role will act as the 2IC to the CEO and deputise as and when required; being the trusted voice for TV in the absence of/and alongside the CEO. This role will be a 'trusted expert' across TV with the ability to provide strategic thinking and reporting to the CEO and board, who has excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, and is able to provide leadership and guidance to the broader team and tennis workforce

As an executive team member this role will also be responsible for influencing and positively contributing directly to the organisations culture and bringing TV's values to life; striving to positively show the values daily and associated behaviours.
