The National Lacrosse League (NLL), North America's premier professional lacrosse league is seeking a Director, Finance who is responsible for collecting, managing, and analyzing league and team data to inform business strategy and budgeting.  This individual works closely with senior leaders at the league office and each member club to identify opportunities to leverage economies of scale, oversee leaguewide growth, and improve processes across several key business areas, including ticket sales, commercial sales, marketing, and business operations.  This position will also help manage various functions of the league’s financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed reports on the company’s financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Conduct regular financial forecasting to report to senior leadership.
• Support the company’s annual business planning process by analyzing performance and working with each department to set budgets.
• Retain awareness of the company’s financial position and make recommendations to mitigate any potential risk.
