We’re looking for a hunter, not a sitter. A closer, not a maybe. Someone who wakes up thinking about their call list and goes to sleep dreaming about packed sections and screaming fans. If you’re scared of the phone, this isn’t for you. If you’ve got sports sales experience and a chip on your shoulder, we want you in the swamp.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sell the Swamp (and Beyond): Own group sales and sponsorships — schools, churches, businesses, youth teams, non-profits, and corporate partners. If it’s a group of humans, you’re booking them. If it’s a business looking to make a splash, you’re building the package that gets their brand dripping all over the swamp.
- Call. Close. Repeat.: This is a grind. You’ll be expected to make calls, book meetings, and hammer goals every single week.
- Lead by Example: You’ll be the pace-setter. The one who shows what it looks like to hit the phones hard, build relationships, and close deals. Others will follow your lead because you prove every day how it’s done.
