We are seeking an innovative and commercially astute Director of Marketing, Revenue & Fan Experience to lead Manchester City Women’s brand growth, revenue performance, and fan-first culture. This senior leader will shape and deliver the integrated marketing, matchday, and fan engagement strategy, ensuring sustainable financial growth while building world-class, inclusive experiences for supporters locally and globally.
We are looking for a collaborative leader who can bring expertise in brand, revenue growth, and fan/customer engagement, with a good understanding of matchday operations.
