In this role you will oversee all matters as it pertains to safety and security around events and day to day activities at all Denver Summit FC owned and operated facilities. You will serve as the primary authority as it relates to event day staffing for safety and security related positioning including but not limited to parking lots, gates, in-stadium, field, and athlete/staff/officials.
Examples of work performed:
- Vet, hire, train, and onboard a Coordinator of Safety and Security; and
- Create, manage, and implement plans as it relates to venue/physical security, executive protection, player and coach protection; and
- Serve as a key stakeholder and contributor to the creation of an Emergency Preparedness Plan for Temporary and Permanent Stadium while auditing, updating, and enhancing once published; and
- Effectively staff, manage, and operate the Command Post on stadium event days serving as the main POC and Director of the Command Post. Command Post responsibilities to include but not limited to staffing stakeholder groups, managing stadium timeline (not competition), opening gates, calling for secondary gate break downs, triggering on-field security postures, player and official field escorts, reviewing camera footage, and closing the stadium
