At Red Bull Racing & Technology, we don't just compete, we innovate, push boundaries, and strive for performance at every level.  The successful candidate will be responsible for the specification, design, testing, calibration, and support Powertrain electrical/electronic systems and associated equipment. 

They will provide technical guidance and mentoring to Engineers and Junior Engineers, conduct design reviews, allocate tasks, and collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to ensure Electronics Design is fully integrated with wider engineering activities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the specification, design, integration, and delivery of Powertrain electrical/electronic systems and associated equipment.
• Investigate and resolve electrical system issues, ensuring faults and assigned actions are completed promptly.
• Support continuous improvement, development, and reliability initiatives, coordinating resources and driving project progress.
