British Judo is seeking experienced, self-employed judo coaches to join our new Pool of England Programme Associate Coaches. This pool will provide a flexible but high-performing resource to support our national and international England Performance Pathway programmes.

As an Associate Coach, you may be invited to contribute to national training camps, squad preparation activities, domestic competitions, or international trips, working with athletes on the Pre-Cadet, Cadet, and Junior pathways. Your involvement will support our overarching goals of Olympic and Commonwealth success, athlete-centred development, and coaching excellence.

This is not a contract of employment, and inclusion in the pool does not guarantee work. However, selected Associates may be called upon for up to 50 days of coaching activity per year, based on programme needs and availability. Engagements will be ad hoc, self-employed, and subject to defined scopes of work.
