England Pathway Head Coach’s role will be to work with England Pathway Assistant coaches to plan, deliver and review various training and competitions aligned to the England Player Pathway.

The coach must be willing to fully engage in all CPD.
The role will include attending the National Junior Championships and School Games as a Coach and will also be expected to act as a scout across the various leagues throughout the year. They must therefore have the ability to create strong relationships with club coaches.
The coach must also be available and support facilitation of educational sessions.
Must hold at least a Level 2 coaching qualification.
Must have a strong coaching background, knowledge, and passion for coaching players in the pathway.
