Junior2Senior is the UK leading training camp for elite young athletes. From the 4th - 7th April 2027, Junior2Senior runs a 4‑day performance camp for elite performers in athletics at the Radley College campus in Oxfordshire. Since 2023, Junior2Senior has hosted over 150 of the UK's leading athletes aged 13-17.

We are seeking a new team of event head coaches to drive our offering at Junior2Senior. We invite enquiries from the following events:
- Sprints / Relays
- Hurdles
- Long/Triple Jump
- High Jump
- Javelin
- Shot Put
- Discus

This role is suited to a highly qualified coach with a deep rooted network in the sport. They would be the key driver of their event group camp.
Responsibilities would include:
- Lead the design and delivery of a high-performance 4-day residential training camp for your specialist event group, ensuring structured, progressive, and athlete-focused programming
