As our Event Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the planning, execution, and follow-up of BTYC events. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll mix hands-on coordination with behind-the-scenes admin to deliver events that shine.

While experience in gymnastics or sports management is preferred, your passion for high-quality event delivery is what truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Event Preparation

• Develop and design promotional and marketing materials
• Lead and participate in pre-event planning meetings
• Manage event entries and compile work orders
