We are looking for an Events Manager (Recreation & Community Programmes) who shares our passion and is ready to play a key role in delivering inclusive, high-quality gymnastics events for diverse communities across the UK.

Main responsibilities
As part of our dedicated Events Team, you’ll:
Lead and deliver national recreational festivals and competitions, working closely with delivery partners, clubs, volunteers, and venues.
Create positive experiences by ensuring every event is safe, welcoming, and well-organised for participants, spectators, and staff.
Coordinate planning and logistics, including venue bookings, equipment, volunteers, officials, accommodation, and marketing materials.
Act as the onsite Event Manager, supporting a smooth and enjoyable event experience for all involved.
Line manage and support the Events Officer & Events Systems Officer, providing day-to-day guidance, encouragement and professional development.
Support the delivery of major gymnastics events, with a focus on inclusive practice and operational excellence.
