OTE intends to recruit and retain a dynamic Events Facility Manager, reporting to the Head of Facility Operations, to help supervise all operational activity occurring within and surrounding all OTE facilities (venue, housing, offices, etc.) while maintaining OTE’s mission to build a league that empowers the world’s 24 most talented, elite basketball players to realize their full educational, economic, and athletic potential. 

The Events Facility Manager will help manage the day-to-day operations of custodial, grounds and building maintenance activities. The role will act as a support to the overall operation of facilities with primary responsibilities of overall setup and breakdown of the facility for games and events and the care and cleaning of buildings and grounds; Additionally, he/ she will assist the Head of Facility Operations by providing facilities and operational input on major/minor projects.
