Position Responsibility:

• Oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance for the Speedway Club building, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, elevators, fire/life safety systems, and building automation systems.
• Ensure all building systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in compliance with applicable codes.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues, emergencies, and event-related requests.
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff, third party vendors, service providers and/or contracted personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of work orders, inspections, and service contracts.
• Prepare the facility for club events, race weekends, corporate functions, and private gatherings.
• Coordinate with food & beverage vendor, and event teams to support seamless guest experiences.
• Provide in-person support during Speedway Club events and peak operational periods.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the facility, both interior and exterior.
