The Maintenance Coordinator is a highly organized position to support the Facility Maintenance Department. This role oversees maintenance activities, manages vendors/contractors, develop/maintain an inventory tracking system, and provide administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Support the Director in all facility/building maintenance tasks.
- Develop and manage an inventory tracking system for parts and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.).
- Track and process work orders and repair requests.
- Maintain accurate records for preventive maintenance and equipment needs.
- Review and process invoices from service providers and vendors.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks when technicians are busy.
