Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Cricket NSW Performance Director, you will be responsible for:

• The technical development of fast bowlers across Cricket NSW male development programs
• The implementation of a consistent technical, tactical, and physical development framework aligned with the Cricket NSW Performance Department
• Providing technical support alongside the NSW Blues Lead Fast Bowling Coach to fast bowlers within the NSW Blues program
• Identifying and developing the next generation of NSW fast bowlers
