This role is positioned within the Inclusion team and will use the profile of Manchester United Football Club to engage and inspire Women and Girls to make a lasting difference by: 

• Providing opportunities for Women and Girls to engage in football. 

• Creating future female leaders. 

• Providing a platform to raise awareness and challenge attitudes towards women and girls. 

Specifically, the Female Development Coordinator role aims to: 

• Deliver Premier League Primary Stars programmes through the Primary Reds team. 

• Deliver workshops, programmes, competitions, football festivals and events for girls across the Foundation. 

• Support and enhance the current MU Foundation education offer 

Key outcomes: 
 

• Female participation is representative across Foundation programmes. 

• Creating the next generation of female leaders in football and beyond. 

• Changing attitudes and perceptions towards Women in football and society.
