Work as a representative of Sydney FC to coordinate all elements of the club’s female pathways programs, with the main focus on the Female Training Program and Female Development Squad.

Work Type: Full Time (38 Hours), including supervision of programs on-site

Reporting directly to the Head of Fan Engagement at Sydney FC you will coordinate the programs that are key to our Female Pathways programs - maximising their recruitment potential for Sydney FC’s Female Development Squad, overseeing program quality, brand reputation, and customer service.

The role also requires support to the Fan Engagement team in the running of their community program, school programs and game day activations.

The candidate should have experience planning and running quality football programs and events, have the ability to juggle a range of initiatives at the same time, and the capacity to build strong relationships with parents and participants of the program, external stakeholders required to deliver the program, and to drive collaboration between internal stakeholders.

To be considered for this role you will have experience working in administrative roles, and can juggle a range of initiatives at the same time.
