The British Crown Green Bowling Association is looking for an experienced Finance & Governance Manager to play a central role in strengthening our national governing body.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining finance, governance, systems improvement and strategic thinking in a purpose-led sporting organisation.
In this role, you’ll:
• Lead financial management, budgeting and reporting.
• Support strong governance and Board decision-making.
• Improve systems, controls and organisational processes.
• Work closely with colleagues, volunteers and partners to support the future of the sport.

We’re looking for someone with: strong financial management experience, excellent organisational skills, the ability to explain financial information clearly, and a collaborative approach rooted in integrity and good governance.
