The Financial Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data for Indianapolis Motor Speedway (IMS) and other supported tracks. This role provides financial, accounting, and administrative support to the Ticket Department by ensuring transactions are processed accurately, reconciled promptly, and reported effectively.

You’ll also partner with the Vice President of Ticket Sales and Service to develop, monitor, and forecast departmental budgets while supporting fraud prevention, compliance, and event operations. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments and help ensure the financial side of our ticketing operations runs smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
