At Caulfield Grammar School, our purpose is to enable quality learning every day in every experience for every learner, for life - and our Sports program is integral to achieving this. As a member of the Associated Public Schools (APS) and participant in the Associated Grammar Schools Victoria (AGSV) competitions, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated First Team Coach to lead performance and culture within a key program. 

The role of every CGS sports coach, including our First Team coaches, is to deliver an exceptional sporting experience for our students, ensuring that Caulfield Grammar School values, policies and procedures are consistently embedded across all training sessions and game day environments. 

In this role, you will lead the First Team, setting clear performance standards, driving a contemporary game style, and fostering an environment that supports both excellence and student wellbeing.
