Fleet & Facilities Co-ordinator - Cambridge University Boat Club (Cambridge and Ely)
Cambridge University Boat Club (CUBC) is looking to appoint a Fleet and Facilities Co-ordinator. This is a new role supporting the Head Coaches and Head of Operations with the day-to-day rowing operations of the Club, to ensure that the Club’s fleet and rowing facilities at the Ely Boathouse (water training) and Goldie Boathouse (land training) in Cambridge are in the condition required by a world-leading university rowing club. As an essential part of a small team this role requires energy, enthusiasm and flexibility to support our operations and training. This is not a coaching role, but we want you to be a full part of the club and the crews, on and off the water. You will be involved in problem solving and strategy to continue to grow and develop our club over as we approach the centenary and bicentenary of our women’s and men’s squads.
CUBC is independent of the University and operates a year-round rowing programme with a focus on its student-athletes preparing for the annual Boat Races with Oxford in the Spring and competing at the highest level year-round.
