We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and operationally focused Fleet Manager to join our Transport team within the Games Services & Workforce function.

This role will play a central part in delivering the Games-wide fleet operation, ensuring vehicles are safe, available, and efficiently deployed to support athletes, officials, media, workforce, and Games Family stakeholders. You will lead the planning, delivery, and management of the Games vehicle fleet, overseeing the full vehicle lifecycle from procurement and allocation to servicing, fuelling, and Games-time operations.
Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will help ensure that fleet operations run smoothly and effectively, supporting the safe and seamless movement of key client groups throughout the Games. This is a senior operational leadership role, offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the delivery of one of the world’s most prestigious sporting events.
