AFLNT is seeking an energetic and values driven individual to facilitate and oversee AFL programs throughout First Nations communities in the Central Australia Region. All programs are designed to promote positive health, wellbeing, and social cohesion throughout First Nations communities.

Focus areas for this role includes increasing AFL participation for women and girls, facilitating engaging and meaningful activities for youth. This role is responsible for planning and delivering targeted activities aligned to these focus areas through school and community-based AFL programs.

This role is based in Alice Springs, with regular service delivery to First Nations communities throughout Central Australia. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to harnessing strong working relationships with Traditional Owners, schools and service providers, Government agencies and partner organisations.
