Current NWSL Champion Gotham FC is seeking Game Day Operations Staff to support match day and live event execution at Sports Illustrated Arena in Harrison, NJ. This is a part-time, match-day–focused role for candidates interested in professional sports and live-event operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with match day setup, operations, and breakdown throughout the stadium
• Support Fan Fest setup, operation, and breakdown, including equipment, signage, and fan-facing activations
• Assist with signage installation, hospitality areas, giveaways, and fan experience elements
• Support match day minus-one setup days when applicable, as well as select Meet the Team events and operationally work days
• Provide hands-on support across multiple areas of game day execution, including exposure to marketing and sponsor activations
