Your title will be Game Day Stats Coordinator, and will work directly for the Director of Marketing, Communications & Fan Experience performing the following duties:
The Game Day Stats Coordinator is responsible for capturing and distributing key matchday content, including photos, graphics, and live updates, to ensure timely and accurate coverage of each game. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work under tight deadlines, and proficiency in social media management.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography & Media Uploads: (Home Game)
A minimum of 60 match photos must be uploaded to the correct folder in Scoreplay. The
specific breakdown below must be me:
- Uploaded at Halftime: A minimum of 10 action shots with 5 of the home team and 5 of the away team.
- Uploaded within 15 minutes of the final whistle: 10 action shots with 5 of the home team and 5 of the away team. Players’ faces must be visible in the photos.
- A minimum of 40 additional photos must be uploaded within 24 hours of the final
whistle. At a minimum the specifics below must be met:
- 10 player arrival photos
- 2 photos of each goalkeeper. Face must be visible.
- 2 photos of any goalscorer and/or celebration
- 1 photo of each coach. Face must be visible.
- 5 photos of fans/stadium atmosphere
- A minimum of 40 additional photos must be uploaded within 24 hours of the final
whistle. At a minimum the specifics below must be met:
Social Media Content & Graphics:
- Post a matchday graphic on the club’s Instagram or X (Twitter) account, including team logos, match details, and Peacock streaming information.
- Post a Starting XI graphic within the hour leading up to kickoff, listing player names and numbers.
- Post a halftime score graphic before the second half begins.
- Post a full-time score graphic within one hour of the final whistle.
