Job Function:

• Conduct “secret shopping” evaluations by observing various areas throughout the stadium and surrounding premises, with a strong focus on safety, security presence, and adherence to protocols.
• Interact with guests prior to, during and after ten (10) Houston Texans (“Club”) home games and five (5) LSSE events to ensure the highest level of customer service is being provided to guests.
