Assist Houston Texans customer service staff at home gamedays and at other various Club–sponsored and Lone Star Sports and Entertainment events.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer all season ticket members’ questions and problems that may arise during gameday.
- Oversee ADA seat exchanges through Ticketmaster software.
- Assist Membership Services and Ticket Operations leadership with box office issues or other ticket-related problems that arise on gameday.
- Provide exceptional guest services to all guests.
- Support Ticket Resolution team as needed.
- Assist full-time Club staff in handling customer service issues and providing resolution.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Membership Services and Ticket Operations leadership team.
