Role Purpose
To manage the operational, logistical, and welfare aspects of the specific GB team during domestic and international camps and competitions. The Team Manager acts as the key liaison between athletes, coaching staff, parents (for youth athletes), and competition organisers, ensuring all team activities are executed smoothly, safely, and in line with the values and standards of British Handball Association (BHA). This programme is a self-funded programme.

Key Responsibilities
Events class as competitions and/or training camps (domestic or international) for the squad
Pre-Event Planning
Liaise with the BHA Office and Performance staff to plan all logistics (travel, accommodation, meals, kit, entry requirements).
Book as required training venues, accommodation etc as necessary in line with the head coaches and progamme needs.
