Building a community that are passionate about realising the potential of young people

GB Taekwondo intends to establish 3-5 sites over the next 8 years and are starting in London. The GBT Coach will be instrumental in bringing this new initiative to life. The successful candidate will operate from a dedicated Taekwondo centre and will play a key role in shaping the development of the centre, the programme of coaching, invitational sessions, initiatives and events.
We’re looking for a motivated and dedicated coach who is passionate about realising the potential of young people, knowledgeable about athlete development and able to build a community to support their work. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to operate independently, open minded, entrepreneurial, able to listen and build trust. The coach will drawing on the support of the GB Taekwondo leadership team and High-Performance Coaches, to build a close connection between the centre and the National Performance Programmes.
