As the senior basketball leader at IBA, the GM Basketball Operations is responsible for all on-court programs, player and coach development, high-performance strategy, and competition delivery across the Association.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will set the basketball philosophy and style of play for the entire organisation, ensuring a cohesive, development-focused approach is embedded from juniors through to NBL1. 

This is a hands-on, visible role. You'll be courtside at games, at competitions, and in the gym - leading by example and driving standards across every program.
