Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager High Performance is accountable for the strategic direction, leadership and delivery of the Bowls Australia national high performance program.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the people, structures and systems required for sustained international success, while fostering the environment in which athletes, coaches and staff can thrive both on and off the green.

About the Opportunity:

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the General Manager High Performance will be responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and delivery of Bowls Australia’s national High-Performance Program.

Working closely with the Australian Institute of Sport, Commonwealth Games Australia, National Institute Network partners, World Bowls, State and Territory Associations and funding partners, you will strengthen alignment across the national system and ensure excellence, wellbeing and integrity remain at the heart of the program through Winning Well.
