We are seeking an experienced high‑performance leader to shape the future of our player pathways and recruitment strategy across Warwickshire, Bears and Birmingham Phoenix.

In this senior leadership role, you will:
Lead the development and delivery of inclusive, diverse, boys’ and girls’ pathways
Align pathway programmes with professional squad needs and long‑term recruitment planning
Oversee holistic player development, monitoring and youth to senior transition systems
Lead recruitment and retention processes in partnership with coaches and data insights teams
Manage and inspire multidisciplinary pathway and recruitment staff to raise the bar in developing the next generation of talent
We’re looking for a strategic, people‑centred leader with proven experience in elite talent identification, athlete development and pathway leadership within performance sport. You’ll combine strong strategic thinking, operational excellence, collaboration and the ability to delivery meaningful impact.
