We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to lead our operations, drive growth, and deliver on Westgate’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Board, the GM will oversee competitions, programs, finances, sponsorship, and community engagement, ensuring the smooth running of our rapidly growing association.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of Westgate Basketball, including domestic competitions, VJBL, Big V, referee, and junior development programs
• Deliver on the association’s strategic plan and growth initiatives
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operational compliance
• Drive sponsorship, community engagement, and advocacy efforts
• Lead and develop a small team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and high-performing culture
• Prepare communications, newsletters, and grant applications to support Westgate initiatives
