Providing administrative support to the board ensuring the governance is organised and appropriate records maintained for communication and compliance.
Personal Specification:
Able to build and maintain excellent working relationships, a good people organiser and assertive when required. They must take professional approach and be able to manage confidential and sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
• Board administration, record keeping, coordination, scheduling, and communication.
• Arrange all meetings, agenda distribution, minutes taken, documentation, invitation and publication.
• Record keeping of club stakeholder representatives.
• Coordination, distribution and communication of company information.
• Providing advice and resources to the board on governance issues, state laws etc.
• Custodian of the organisation’s records.
• Second signatory on the organisations accounts.
• knowledgeable of the organisation’s records and related materials, providing advice and resources to the board on topics such as governance issues
