The Golf Club Operations staff assists members and guests with their golf experience outside of the pro shop. This role focuses on customer service, course readiness, and maintaining facilities to ensure an exceptional experience for all visitors

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all members and guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide information about the course rules, playing conditions and other course amenities

• Assist with golf bag handling, including staging bags and putting them on golf carts

• Stage and clean golf carts to ensure they are ready for use and in excellent condition

• Maintain cart barn, bag room and other storage areas
