As a key member of the Peninsula Leisure leadership team, the Golf Operations Manager – Centenary Park Golf Course will oversee the overall performance, culture and daily operations of the venue. This includes leading all staff across the facility, with direct responsibility for the Golf Operations Coordinator.

The role is central to delivering safe, customer-first and financially sustainable operations, while working collaboratively with Council, PGA professionals, schools, community groups and key stakeholders. You will champion exceptional customer service, inclusive participation and high-quality golf experiences for players of all ages and abilities.

You will also play a pivotal role in strategic planning, masterplan delivery and continuous improvement—ensuring Centenary Park Golf Course continues to evolve as a vibrant, full-service community asset. The Golf Operations Manager leads day-to-day issue resolution while driving both operational excellence and long-term strategic outcomes.
