Join our growing team! Real Salt Lake is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our Grounds Crew! This part-time position will report to the Director of Fields and Grounds.  Under his supervision, you will participate in the maintenance of common grounds, sports turf grass maintenance, and related work as required.

Applicants must be 18 years old or older. This is a 2026 seasonal role February – November.

RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:

•  Prepare grounds by cutting sod and installing when needed
• Manage the irrigation system to ensure the ground is wet evenly
• Safely mow, trim, and use blowers as needed
