The Hong Kong Cricket Club is the oldest Cricket Club in Asia, employing over 200 staff.  We are inviting applications from high calibre and dynamic candidates for the position of Grounds Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a small team of Grounds Staff; 
• Plan, prioritise and arrange the cricket ground daily activities;
• Inspect ground and equipment and direct activities of grounds staff in order to maintain the cricket ground and equipment in good condition;
• Implement training programmes and provide supervision to the grounds staff;
• Investigate and resolve comments from Members and Management;
• Liaise and work with different departments on match preparation and any Club events held at the cricket ground;
• Oversee and plan the club’s gardening/ greenery.
