Reporting to the General Manager - Growth and Experience and National Tournaments Manager, this position is responsible for: 

• Coordination and support related to Baseball’s implementation of its PlayWell participation strategy. 
• Technical support, development and implementation of baseball’s technology platforms including GameDay, Canopi, Little League Data Centre, Baseball’s Coaching App and the Information Hub.  
• Operational and administrative support of the logistics for National Events 
• Coordination of other related travel in addition to procurement of uniforms and equipment as necessary 

PlayWell implementation 

• Support GM Growth and Experience and state and territory associations to identify geographic areas for growth of Baseball in Australia in line with the PlayWell strategy. 
• Provide high quality customer service and knowledge to state and territory associations for Sporting Schools programs, seamlessly guiding their experience to successfully deliver the programs.  
• Work with the marketing and communications team to develop regional and local campaigns to support the growth of baseball in Australia.
