About the role

We are looking for a Development & Recruitment Gymnastics Team Leader to join our growing Recreation Team at Council’s Health and Fitness Centres at Five Dock, and the newly opened centre at Rhodes.

The Development & Recruitment Gymnastics Team Leader is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for residents, stakeholders, and the community, providing a seamless gymnastics experience.

Within the area of responsibility, this role will (not limited to):

• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and seamless customer interactions across all touchpoints.
• Development & lead gymnastics specific training of coaches. Including identifying upcoming courses for coaches, assisting in upskilling, mentoring and shadowing
• Development of process improvement initiatives & testing technology solutions to streamline customer interactions and service delivery processes.
